If you are having difficulty recording, or if you suspect the item is defective and you would like a replacement, contact us at hello@recordablebookbuddy.com and our engineer will gladly arrange a video call to walk you through the process or diagnose the issue. 30 Days to Return

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please return in its original box, or other suitable shipping box. Include your full name and email address, and your order number (if you have it.) 

Return Costs

Buyer pays for return shipping cost.

Refunds

We will issue a refund to the credit card or other method of payment used at purchase. If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the credit card, Apple Pay or Paypal account used at purchase, we will contact you to arrange alternate refund method.

Final Sale Items

Pre-recorded book buddies, packages with 3rd party gift cards, and certain apparel items are final sale and not eligible for return except in the case of manufacturer defect.
